If you are using Kindle Fire or Fire HD running on Fire OS 5.3.1.1 or 5.3.2, Fire tablet 7, Fire HD 8 with Fire OS 6.3.0.1, then you can follow the steps given below to install Google Play on Kindle Fire. If you are unsure of your Kindle version, go to Settings > click on Device > Click on System Updates option. In this method, you need not root your Kindle. Just by downloading the Google Play apk files, you can access it.
Step 1: On your Kindle Fire, you have to go to Settings > click on Security & Privacy > tap on Apps from Unknown Sources option to install apk files.
Step 2: Go to web browser on your Kindle Fire and download apk file of Google Account Manager, Google Service Framework, Google Play Services and Google Play Store apk from any trusted source separately.

If you are using Kindle Fire running on Fire OS 5.3.1.1 and below, then the guidelines given below will work for you. To get Play Store on Kindle Fire, you need to have a Windows PC and a USB cable. This method is more or less similar to Android rooting as Fire OS is based on Android OS.
Step 1: Go to Settings on your Kindle Fire > click on Device Options.
Step 2: Now, you should tap on the Serial Number for several times until you get Developer Options. Click on it.
